Arrange your collection in four steps.

- Wait for the station details. Confirm the address and collection time. An enquiry is not a booking.
- Confirm the bag and conditions. Check the current RM29 bag price and your collection allowance with the team.
- Follow the supplied guide. Collect at the agreed time and ask how to use and store the water.

The published arrangement is intended for new customers exploring a system, households within service coverage and participants willing to follow the usage and safety guidelines. It provides an opportunity to experience the water and ask questions, with no obligation to buy a machine. It is not a medical treatment or a clinical test.
